DIY Floral Chandelier

Floral Chandeliers are all over Pinterest! I am always amazed by the creativity in floral design. These floral chandeliers are so unique and fun. It really takes your decor to the next level! A chandelier such as the one shown below, can be used as an accent to your decor or as a statement piece. The great thing is you can really personalize this floral chandelier to fit your style, color platte and theme. I recently came across Project Wedding’s DIY tutorial by Janie Medley and I had to share this with you all! It is full of luscious eucalyptus and beautiful blooms. Keep scrolling to browse through Rachel May’s beautiful photos and learn how to make your own floral chandleries!

How-To Steps:

  1. Separate the eucalyptus into smaller bunches.

2. Place the eucalyptus on the wire frame and secure it on with the floral wire. Continue this process until the frame is completely covered. Note: you want to make sure some of the eucalyptus is hanging over the sides of the wreath.

Here’s a completed wire wreath covered with the eucalyptus, which is very beautiful on its own!

3. To add the flowers to the wreath, you can use floral water picks or you can wire them on. (If you use water picks, make sure to give the stems a fresh trim before carefully inserting them into the tube.)

And there you have it! You can hang these chandeliers with ribbon or use the 12 gauge silver Aluminum wire. So beautiful and lush!
